Όροι ενοικίασης

Δεν απαιτείται δίπλωμα οδήγησης για την ενοικίαση σκάφους κάτω των 30hp.
Ο έλεγχος του σκάφους γίνεται από τον πελάτη και το παραλαμβάνει εφόσον η κατάσταση του είναι ικανοποιητική για αυτόν
Το σκάφος παραδίδεται πλήρη καυσίμων και κατά την παράδοση η κατανάλωση βαραίνει τον πελάτη μετά από επιτόπια πληρωμή στην έδρα της επιχείρησης.
Το σκάφος είναι ασφαλισμένο για σωματικές βλάβες και υλικές ζημίες που προκύπτουν από σύγκρουση στη θάλασσα έναντι τρίτων.
Η Blue Water Secret δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για την απώλεια ή ζημία της περιουσίας του πελάτη κατά τη διάρκεια της ενοικίασης
Ο πελάτης συμφωνεί και αποδέχεται:
Να παραδώσει το σκάφος στη Blue Secret στην κατάσταση που το παρέλαβε κάθε ζημία που θα προκαλέσει στο σκάφος από κακό χειρισμό ή αμέλεια τον βαρύνει εξολοκλήρου.
Να παραδώσει το σκάφος πριν τη δύση του ηλίου, πρόωρη επιστροφή δεν δίνει το δικαίωμα στον πελάτη απαίτησης επιστροφής χρημάτων.
Να μην επιτρέπει σε κανέναν από τα πρόσωπα που επιβαίνουν στην διάρκεια της ενοικίασης να χειρίζονται το σκάφος.
Η μέγιστη απομάκρυνση του σκάφους από την ακτή δεν πρέπει να υπερβαίνει τα 2ΝΜRent Terms & Conditions

No license is required for handling a motor boat under 30hp.
Prior to renting, a control of the boat’s condition is made by the customer and is delivered only if boat condition is satisfactory for the customer
The boat is delivered to the customer full of fuel. Fuel consumption is charged extra and is paid by the customer upon return at the company’s premises.
The vessel is insured for bodily injury and property damage resulting from a collision at sea with third parties.
The Blue Secretr boats shall not be liable for loss or damage of property of the client during the rental

The customer agrees and accepts:

to deliver the vessel at Blue Secret boats in the state that was received. The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the vessel by misuse or neglect
To deliver the boat before sunset
Early return of the vessel does not entitle the customer a refund claim.
Do not allow any of the persons on board during the hiring to handle the boat.
The maximum distance of vessel from the coast should not exceed 2NM
